ERR_ABORTED 403 (Forbidden) when connecting to an ODA from another OCI tenancy

Summary:

I followed the instructions in https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/digital-assistant/tutorial-digital-assistant/#test-da-on-web to create my first DA in a web Channel. and get a forbidden error.

Content (required):

I created the web page in an OCI Tenancy different from the one I have ODA running and got the 403 error (ERR_ABORTED 403 (Forbidden)), the firsts times I tried I was able to get a policy error stating that cross domain was not allowed.

Version (include the version you are using, if applicable):

I am using Oracle Web SDK 23.08, and the web page is located in http://192.9.226.71/chat-page/
