Can a Calculated Rating be tweaked on a yearly basis or is this fixed within a Perforamnce Template

I have a client who is looking to using calculations within thier Mid and EOY Performance Documents. They have asked if these calculations can be be tweaked/changed on a yearly basis.

They will be using the Performance Area for a formal skills assessments - based on their Competencies so there will be no involvement with Performance or Development Goals within the template.

Can you please advise if this is possible, or would this require a new Performance Template and Rating Models?.

We are currently looking at using the Average/Sum and Points method for calculations within the Rating Models, however this may change to a Fast formula depending on complexity of their Algorithm.
