How to Restrict multiple certificate pending action getting triggered for same dependents

Summary:

If an employee designated dependents in medical dental vision plans. Dependent certificates are triggered for all 3 plans and need to approved for each plans individually. If certificates are approved Medical plans it still required to be approved for other 2 plans even though it is for the same dependent.

Is there any way we can restrict to remove all pending certification actions for the dependent if it is approved in any one of the plan?
