 Signatures in Eloqua

Sometimes an Eloqua email needs to reflect a personal relationship with the contact. If you’d like to send an email on behalf of a sales rep or multiple users dynamically based on the contact or a related custom data object, you can do this with Signatures.

This requires a couple of components: set the intended senders as Users in Eloqua, build a Signature Rule, and configure the email step of your Campaign Canvas. You also can customize the email by adding a signature layout to the content.
