Performance review "Error Result set already closed" when manager attempts to edit submitted review

Summary:

 When Manager submits the review and then tries to edit the submitted review using the “Edit Submitted Review” action the error appears.

If you then click OK and retry, then the error can be bypassed, however then you get a second error shown below and the review cannot be submitted:

Running Performance Data Integrity Check fixes the second error but initial error recurs putting you in a loop.
