HSA calculated incorrectly for an employee

HSA is getting calculated incorrectly

While testing Open Enrollment event we have identified that the HSA is calculating incorrectly for one of our employees.

The employee is on semi-montly payroll so contribution per check must be the amount divided by 24 but for a contribution of 3400, per pay period is calculated as 141.32 instead of 141.67.

The Expected Contributions is set to 'Estimates only' on the Annual rates tab. Can someone help me with pointers to identify the cause?
