How can we hide the All-in-One Evaluation button?

We need to hide the All-in-One Evaluation button - is there a way to do this other than personalization?

We include the Potential Rating as a DFF in our Performance template and unfortunately it is not possible to include this in the All-In-One Evaluation summary. We therefore need to hide the button. I tried to remove the duty role ORA_HRA_MASS_EVALUATE_PERFORMANCE_DOCUMENTS_BY_MANAGER from our custom line manager role but this isn't possible,
