Feasibility to make Contingent Workers eligible for Benefit Enrollments in Oracle

In Oracle, Contingent workers are not eligible for Benefits. However in Malaysia as per norms contingent workers are entitled to benefits in organizations. Hence we need to check feasibility to make this possible in Oracle.
