Getting Strange Java Error When Attempting Checklist/Journeys Assignment - 23D Update

Greetings!

I'm testing in our recently updated 23D dev environment and receiving errors when attempting to automatically or manually assign checklists. I've never seen these errors before - the error message is below.

I've removed all eligibility profiles, so I'm not sure what could be hindering the assignment. I've also done parallel testing in our other Dev environment that isn't on 23D, and everything is assigned as expected.

Any insight is appreciated!
