Assign journey cannot search employee in the dropdown

Summary:

Navigation: My client group -> journeys -> explore -> assign journey. 

The issue is that I cannot search employee name in the dropdown.

Hi,

I cannot search any employee in the dropdown as shown in the picture: select a person

The employee that I am trying to find is in the system.

The security at the journey level is "All roles"

I have the seeded HR specialist, Manager and amin roles. (I don't think it is security issue)

I have checked the following profile values: 

ORA_FND_SEARCH_EXT_ENABLED ; Y

HRC_ELASTIC_SEARCH_ENABLED ; Y

ORA_PER_SOA_JOURNEY_ASSIGNEE_SELECTION_TYPE ; O
