Manger type in perofmrnace role

Summary:

I am unable to see Default Manger type role in Performance role scree.

Content (required):

In perofmrnace Module, I have created Performance role to attach Default manager type. However, this manager type is only available in vision instance but not avialble in our test/prod instance.
