Can we create an org chart of contacts in Oracle Sales B2B?

Summary:

We have a requirement to create an org chart of our contacts that are added into our CRM. Our sales team found another tool that can do this, but we need to do this in our Oracle product since this is where all of our contacts are installed. Is there a way to do this easily? The only thing I can think of is to create a new field on the contact record of "Manager" maybe with a dropdown list of all other contacts. Or, do we have to use relationships (which will be a little messy).
