Go to application task link missing in assigned checklist task

Summary:

We have an Onboarding Journey with task for the employee to update their personal contact information. However when the journey was allocated, the employee and the HR were unable to view the "Go to application task' link in the checklist task. Should I check elsewhere to make sure the link appears?
