Remove 'Reopen Performance document' from a seeded Line manager role

Hi experts,

I created a custom Line Manager role and assigned the custom role from which I deleted the 'reopen Performance Document' privilege, but when I assign this custom role to my custom Line Manager I click on 'Load Security Policies' and still see it and I can still see the action 'Reopen' under the performance document. Any suggestions?
