Global Transfer Dates and Creating Performance Documents
Summary: For our yearly performance evaluations, the eligibility should be based on our Enterprise seniority date and not linked at all to the global transfer entity date. We are running into an issue where all of the global transfers that had taken place are not being marked as eligible on their current primary positions. The eligibility is marked on the previous position prior to the Global Transfer and that is not how we need it to work. Is there a work around that anyone has found for this to get performance documents to create on current positions
