Contextual & Guided Journeys not appearing.

Preface: I correctly configured and tested all types of journeys (personal, contextual, and guided) in my TEST environment but now I'm currently moving things to PROD but things look different when trying to configure the journeys again.

The UI for transaction pages in the PROD environment look much more detailed and less user friendly (I assumed this has to do with maybe a missed feature that I possibly haven't updated from a quarterly update or possibly a redwoods profile option that hasn't been enabled.)

I need the quick actions Termination, Resignation, and Hire an Employee to work for this particular issue. (
