Hello Experts,

We currently have a Critical Illness Plan configured in Oracle with variable rates defined as a "Multiple of Coverage" with a multiplier value that is per thousand, as shown in the table above.

However, for the year 2024, our vendor has provided us with FLAT values instead of the per thousand values. Can you please guide me on how to configure this new rate structure in Oracle for the upcoming year?

If the Employee chooses 15000, it will be 1 Rate and 30000 will be a different Rate.
