Hello,

we launched the following HDL file to massively transfer performance document to another manager.


METADATA|PerfDocComplete|AssignmentNumber|CustomaryName|ManagerAssignmentNumber|Operation

MERGE|PerfDocComplete|E2605|Skill Mapping|E2518|ORA_LE_TRANSFER


However, even if the loaded was successful, in UI the manager didn't change.

What could it depend on?
