Job level hierarchy approvals are not working based on invoice line requestor

Hi Team,

When we are trying to build Job Level Hierarchy rules for invoice line requestor on PO based invoice or credit memo. We want the approval to work as below -

In case of PoO matched invoice having hold name as Price, Quantity Ordered - The invoice should go to Requester -> Requester Manager - > Job level approval.

Similarly for PO matched Credit memo - The invoice should go to Requester -> Requester Manager - > Job level approval.

However, when we add the condition in block2 or block3, it doesn't get evaluated for the job level hierarchy.
