Overall Summary Employee Comments "Remove Format" button not working

Hi All,

When navigating to an assigned standard performance document and selecting "Edit" on the Overall Summary section to enter text on the Employee Comments textbox, there is a "Remove Format" button on the tool bar.

After pasting text into the textbox and selecting the "Remove Format" button - the button does not work. We believe this to be a bug in the UI since the button does not work as expected and is unresponsive?

Has anyone had issues with this button before?
