How to manage redemployee candidates, i.e. how to give access to employees to a private career portal before it is officially posted?

My customer has a Redeployment process which gives employees whose jobs are at risk the chance to find a new job. Therefore, they currently post requisitions 1 week to the redeployees (employees at risk) to access roles before the requisition is posted to everyone else.
Since the posting of requisitions is done on external/internal and NOT career section specific - how can they manage the above process?
