Reassign collector doesn't provide any values in LOV

We have 4 divisions for our client. So we have setup the collectors based on the division ie RDS used is 'DIVSION RDS'. (Not specific to BU/COMMON set) However when we try to perform reassign collector we dont get any values in LOV. But if the collector is under COMMON then we do get it.

I referred to note 'Only One Collector Is Displayed In Reassing Collector Values (Doc ID 2655832.1)'. But I could not see the table IEX_COLLECTIONS_SETUPS. May i know what is the correct table so that I can see what record is stored in this.
