Hello experts, we have received the following request: make the "Provide Feedback By" field available in the "when do you need it?" section of the Request Feedback functionality. After make it not mandatory we have seen that if the user do not enter a date in this field, then the Feedback request is not recorded in the system and also the feedback provider does not receive anything. Is it a "normal" behavior, Had someone found a work-around in order to not force the user to enter a deadline for the feedback request? Thanks a lot. Regards
