Custom fields with more than 150 CHAR for Journey Task

Hello experts,

We have the need to add some custom fields where the HR can enter free text information which will flow in a report (for the hiring letter). We were doing it through configurable form but there is a limit of 150 char on the flexfield which is too low for some fields we need to implement.

Are there alternative ways to allow HR to add longer text in the journey task?

Would really appreciate a response, as this is a very urgent topic for our client.
