Need a pointer. Pls tell me the navigation how can I find out from the tenancy which users has cloud account admin role? From the video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZhbWXw_0tNQ), it says that a user when added to the IDCS group OCI_Administrators and IDCS_Administrators are deemed to be admins? I believe that is incorrect as many users dont have the below role and selected users have. Pls can someone clarify how to determine who possesses the cloud account administrator role. Or what is the correct understanding which role or group provides complete control to the cloud tenancy?
