Corporate Card is invalid and produced an invalid transaction. Need to make the transaction Invalid

a corporate card has an inactive date however a transaction came through.  The transaction is showing as an invalid transaction. The transaction will be reversed by the Bank however I need to make this a valid transaction. Do I run the Manage Historical Corporate Card Transactions for this particular transaction to clear it?
