"You must provide a value for the Source attribute." error while loading Performance Rating HDL file

Hi All,

When I try to load the Performance Rating HDL file I get this error "You must provide a value for the Source attribute.". What will be the issue? Could you please suggest me.

Below is the same HDL File. First row is successfully loaded and second file errored out.
