HSA Employer Weekly Contribution

Can anyone provide insight for adding an Employer HSA contribution that is paid weekly? I need to set it up in Oracle and we do not use the Payroll function in Oracle...

Example: The employer is providing up to $500 to Employee only and $1,000 for Employee +1. If the Employee (Employee Only) elects $250 in their HSA the company will match the $250 as a weekly contribution. If an employee elects $2,100 the employee will contribute the full $500 as a weekly contribution.
