Performance Questionnaire Formatting

Summary:

Hello team,

we are currently working on porting some questionnaires from test environment to production. On each section of the questionnaire, there is a title with a very specific formatting, i.e. red banner for the header, white colour for the header text etc.

This formatting had been made a long time ago, based on our customer's needs, and we were able to maintain/ imitate it all these years, by simply using the copy-paste action and then doing the editing we needed (like adding some different text etc). Below, I am attaching a screenshot of how the Questionnaire should look like.
