Migration of Performance and Goal Management Setup Data

Hi,
Has anyone used the Setup Data Export and Import feature (via FSM) to migrate Talent Management related data across environments ?
I can see that there are few business objects available like - Goal Plan, Goal, Question, Questionnaire, Performance Document and so on ...
Wanted to understand the scope and limitations around this functionality especially from the perspective of setup data for Performance and Goal Plan.
