We want to allocate a checklist ( pre-boarding tasks ) before 7 days of the start date however the journeys are not allocating as expected.

We have Enterprise onboarding ( parent ) with 7 Enterprise onboarding steps ( child ), and we would like to assign journeys before 7 days of the start date of an employee.

However, I have changed an action to HIRE with "When the action record becomes effective"

Days for Initiation: -7

I would like to trigger Journey based on hire dates instead of the date added as a pending worker and that is not happening in the Application
