Limit Custom Object record visibility using field equals to Current user account

Summary:

Can not use custom fields to control data access previlege for Custom Objects.

In ERP and SCM cloud application

1.Created a Custom object with 'approver' and 'status' column

2.Created some data in the custome object UI.

3.Tried to control the data visiable by 'approver' column equals to the current user.
