Do Touchpoints use Redwood Only?

Hi. We just joined a webinar about the new Oracle Celebrate feature and someone from the audience asked this question to which @Christine Yokoi-Oracle answered:

We are currently not using any Redwood pages in our system and are about to implement Oracle Touchpoints. Does this mean we need to enable Redwood to be able to use Touchpoints? Although Redwood was not mentioned here https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/human-resources/23d/fauat/profile-options-for-touchpoints.html#u30236359, we just wanted to make sure we're on the same page.
