Print talent profile restrict to only direct reports

Summary:

Hi All,

We have an issue where Line Manager or Superior is able to print talent profile of all the employees in the Org. We have the Line Manager hierarchy in the Data control, but still, this Navigation is not controlled.

The Navigation is as below:

My Team ->- Show More -> Skills and Qualification -> Search Any employee-> Actions -> Print Talent Profile.

For Managers, they should be able to see and Print only their reports and not others.

Any help is much appreciated.
