Report not showing results for self assigned Journey
We have this requirement where employee self assign a journey where:
First task type is questionnaire which is to be performed by worker
Second task is for Line Manage approval (with the help of questionnaire- response options Yes/No)
Third is for Finance Manager Approval. (with the help of questionnaire- response options Yes/No)
But the requirement is that LM and Finance manager should be able to review the questionnaire before completing their respective task.
I am aware that self assigned journey doesn't come up under ASSIGNED JOURNEYS Tab for LM/HR/FM. Hence looking at other discussions on customer connect-I decided to create a report to reflect the question responses for LM etc. for that I created a task type as "Advance Task" with a combination of Report path & approval question.
