How can we restrict pre-populating of candidate's data on career site

Summary:

When a similar candidate applies for different job requistions in that case candidate's data get pre-polullated , as soon as candidate put the same email id to which he/she has already applied , candidate's data get automatically fetched and get mapped, is there any way to get it restricted.
