Warned and Compliance Flags are not updating in HR Helpdesk Milestone records

Summary:

We are using HR Helpdesk milestones - First Response Metric and Resolution Metric and these are getting applied properly on Service Request UI but Warned and Compliance flags in SR milestone table is not getting updated though milestones have expired and values are constant for WarnedFlag =N and Compliance Flag =Y. Eventually warning and expiry workflow email notifications are also not triggering.
