Benefit Plan Not Available during life event OE
Summary:
We are attempting to enroll an employee from the Single (Employee) Full Wellness plan to our Family Full wellness plan after life event, however the plan we want to choose is not showing as available.

A current member of our Employee Only full wellness plan recently had a life event of marriage. We are unable to see/select the Employee + Family full wellness plan. Eligibility for the full wellness plan require that members have complete 3 out of 3 wellness incentives. In the case of a marriage event the spouse is grandfathered into the plan and not required to complete the wellness incentives for the current plan year. The Employee Family Full Wellness plan is active. Currently it does not appear that any life events have been configured specific to
