Is there a way to de-couple performance document start date with Meeting Held date?

Summary:

We run our performance cycle on a monthly basis for a restaurant population. Due to a business decision to compensate at the beginning of the month, we run our cycles early. For example, in November, we run a December cycle which has performance dates from 1-Dec to 31-Dec. Is there a way to de-couple the Next Review Meeting Held date from the performance document start date? Our managers are receiving the seeded error that their review date must be 1-Dec of later, but in our case it will be earlier than that.

We've tried to use page composer to remove the required flag and hide the Meeting Held Date while asking managers to provide the information in comments. This produces adf errors.

Howdy, Stranger!
