Employee acknowledgment in PIP process to have external content link and checkmark for declaration

Employee acknowledgment is part of PIP process flow (PMS Document) and will require employee to acknowledge PIP declaration on employee acknowledgement (Final Feedback), This tab to have a checkmark of employee acknowledging PIP and also to have external content link added which has a declaration, let us know how the same can be configured
