Securing Outbound Mails and Encrypted Email Sending in Next Gen HR Help Desk
Hello Oracle Community,
I'm currently using the Next Gen HR Help Desk, and I'm concerned about the security of outbound emails.
Can anyone provide guidance on how to secure outbound mails effectively through the Next Gen HR Help Desk?
Furthermore, I'm also interested in understanding if it's possible to send encrypted emails through the Next Gen HR Help Desk.
If so, what are the steps to enable this feature, and what encryption protocols or methods are supported?
Any insights or best practices regarding email security within the Next Gen HR Help Desk would be greatly appreciated.
