Can't add Screening Packages

Hello to all, 

we have activated an integration with a third partner for the assessment, but when I create the job requisition is not possible to insert the Screening Packages. When submitting the job requisition I have this warning message: 

If I continue with the creation by clicking "Continue" I can publish and make a person apply. After the application of a person in the "Screening" section it is not possible to take any action:

I’m grateful if someone can help me.
