Hide Future task for Employee

Hello,

We're setting up a Journey where the employee is asked to perform the first task ("Richiesta Smart Working"), then other tasks are routed to different actors ( HR and Line Manager) in order to evaluate the employee's request. Once HR/Line Manager have reviewed and approved the request, a last task need to be performed again by the employee ("Comunicazione al dipendente"): as shown in the image below, that last tasks is visible but greyed out..is it somehow possible to hide the visibility of that future task from the employee page until it gets assigned to him/her?
