Same field is named differently on various page- Why are you resiging & Why are you terminating

The field that captures the employee's reason for resigning on the Resignation Page is labeled as "Why are you resigning?" However, the same field used on the Employee Termination Page is labeled as "Why are you terminating <Employee Name>?" It seems that this is not part of the out-of-the-box configuration. How can we enable this to have two different names at two different places
