Summary:

Hi Team,

We have a received a requirement to display custom paragraph (length is equivalent to 2 pages of a standard Word document) as a popup in the landing page/Home screen of Oracle HCM. User will be able to view the popup as soon as he/she login to the system. Please help us with the feasibility of this in the system and the process to achieve this scenario.
