Summary:

We have a participant feedback set up with which is open throughout the year. Managers can select one of the reports and select participants for the feedback. The predefined questionnaire is being sent to them.

We would like to investigate options for multi-rater feedback beyond our current questions. When a manager sends a request, they may include a personal message. That message appears in the e-mail request but does not appear anywhere within HCM. That message may include specific instructions or requests for the feedback, but the person providing feedback might not see that and simply provide feedback as the questions are written. At a bare minimum, we would like to investigate creating new questions for 2024. However, we would like to investigate two things: 1) Is there a way for the personal message to be captured and available in HCM? 2)
