AOR based on hierarchy

Summary:

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Hi all,

My client need's is that a task preformer will be the deprtment manger.

We are using position and the manger syncrozie from the position, hence the line manger is

not always the deprtment manger so I can't use it.

I try to use AOR based on hierarchy

The problem is that if I associate an employee with this AOR and a department like 1202 and another employee with department 1200 (for example) as soon as there is an employee who belongs to 1202, the manager of 1200 will also receive it (as the person who is associated with the department above the AOR also receives it)

Howdy, Stranger!
