Custom Role -talent advisor unable to view data in talent rating section

Summary:

We have a custom role "Talent Advisor" and they can see all sections in talent rating eg Performance rating,Risk of loss etc from Directory . However no data is displayed.

I have validated this role is included in Talent content section, having "View Talent Ratings" privilage and regenrated the role as well. However no data is displayed. Can some one please assist ?
