Check-in scheduled notification is not working

Hello

The following notification is being sent/received however when the employee clicks "go to check-in" - it does nothing. Also tried ctrl+click and there is no link to follow. This was happening before we changed the profile option ORA_HRA_SETUP_REDWOOD_ENABLED at site level to N - which we needed to do to enable check-in notification link to work. The below seems to be in the redwood UI which we have not yet enabled.
