Mass update ratings for employees in Performance Document

Summary:

Hi All,

We have a requirement to bulk update the performance ratings for all employees in performance document. I understand the process mass action for performance document process can be used to complete a performance document, however rating cannot be updated using that.

Is there a way to bulk update ratings other than HDL option? Is there any process or any spreadsheet loader available for this purpose ?
